Fitz, who has led UniWell’s sales and business development since 2016, now leads operations, R&D, and sales at the Fort Worth contract manufacturer.
FORT WORTH, Texas, October 6, 2026: UniWell Laboratories, a cGMP-certified contract manufacturer of nutraceuticals and dietary supplements for third-party brands, has promoted Armando Fitz to President.
As President, Fitz leads UniWell’s day-to-day operations, research and development, and sales. Since joining the company in 2016 to lead sales and business development, he has played a central role in UniWell’s growth, including a 60% compound annual growth rate over the past eight years.
“Armando has been instrumental in UniWell’s growth, and his discipline and strategic vision make him the right leader for our next phase of expansion and innovation,” said Eduardo Soto, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of UniWell Laboratories.
Customers will keep the same day-to-day contacts, teams, and quality standards.
“Our customers trust us with their brands. My job is to make sure every product that leaves Fort Worth earns that trust,” said Fitz. “I’m grateful to Eduardo for his confidence and to a team that does this work right, every single day.”
Fitz brings more than two decades of experience in sales and marketing and has worked in the nutrition industry since 2011, when he helped launch VMP Nutrition. In 2014, he was part of the group that acquired a manufacturing facility and launched Universal Nutrients before joining UniWell.
